Online or remote personal training is a powerful tool, but it isn't a "one-size-fits-all" solution. It is specifically designed for people who value autonomy, flexibility, and a holistic approach over constant physical supervision. Here is a breakdown of who benefits most from this remote model: 1. The Initial Onboarding We will start with a consultation. We will cover your current Fitness, Nutrition & Lifestyle. Once we know where we are starting from over a video call to: Assess Form: you might perform basic movements (like squats or lunges) on camera so your mobility and form is examined and discussed. Set Equipment Parameters: we will build your plan based on what you have—whether it’s a full commercial gym, a pair of dumbbells at home, or just resistance bands. 2. Your Customized Workout Plan A customized workout program will be designed for you. This program is based on your fitness goals, and the equipment that you have access to. The program will map your workout for the day, along with Video Demos (links will be provided) that will show you exactly how to perform the movement safely. You will be asked to log your weights, reps, and sets. 3. Communication & Accountability This is the biggest advantage of remote training—you have 24/7 access to me. Weekly Check-ins: once a week, you’ll submit a "Check-in Form" covering your weight, sleep, stress, and photos, along with the logs that you recorded during that week. Instant Messaging: if you’re at a restaurant and don't know what to order, or if a machine at the gym is broken, you can message me for an immediate alternative.
