STUDIES AND FITNESS BACKGROUND

shahrad has always been fascinated by the human body and its capabilities. his journey in fitness began at the age of 8 when he started practicing martial arts. being an active sportsman for over 3 decades has broadened his understanding of how resilient, strong and yet fragile the human body can be.
 
he earned his first degree as a biomed engineer - focusing on biomechanics, analyzing structure, function, and movement to improve performance, and prevent injuries in areas like sports, and medicine. he later attained his masters of science in biomed physics where he focused on hifu and histotripsy - both use ultrasound for noninvasive tissue ablation, turning tissue into liquid debris - the very same modalities used in most fat-burning procedures.

 

after coaching most of his friends and family he went on to study fitness training in detail and earned his certificates in the field. being an extremely patient teacher, and having an engineering mind has made him a very successful and much sought-after coach.
